Saltbox Kitchen is a casual farm to table restaurant and micro-brewery located in West Concord offering extensive prepared foods to go. The Saltbox Kitchen menu is a seasonal selection of New England farm-inspired cuisine.
Saltbox Farm, also located in Concord, supplies the restaurant with fresh vegetables, herbs, flowers, fruit, and honey during the growing season along with hops for their own beer brewed at Saltbox Kitchen.
Our award-winning catering service, Catering by Saltbox, is an extension of everything we do within the restaurant and the farm. We are committed to offering guests the highest level of service and take care to prepare food that is beautiful, delicious and inherently healthy.

Basic Qualifications
1-2 Years experience of cooking experience
ServSafe Certified (not required but recommended)
Team Oriented, with an ability to communicate and take instruction from executive or sous chef
Willingness to lead and adapt to unexpected hospitality situations
Reliable transportation and/or access to public transportation
Catering experience
An understanding of hospitality and customer service experience
