Saltbox Kitchen is looking for driven and passionate individuals who want to have fun, learn and grow within the team. A great work ethic, positive attitude, understanding & interest of food, wine, beer and hospitality are all required. Saltbox Kitchen is a casual farm to table restaurant and micro-brewery located in West Concord offering extensive prepared foods to go. The Saltbox Kitchen menu is a seasonal selection of New England farm-inspired cuisine.
Their farm, Saltbox Farm, also located in Concord, supplies the restaurant with fresh vegetables, herbs, flowers, fruit, lamb and honey during the growing season along with hops for their own beer brewed at Saltbox Kitchen.
Their award-winning catering service is an extension of everything they do within the restaurant and the farm. They are committed to offering guests the highest level of service and they take care to prepare food that is beautiful, delicious and inherently healthy. They are seeking help on an “as needed” basis and can offer a flexible schedule with the team.

Basic Qualifications
1-2 Years experience of cooking experience
ServSafe Certified (not required but recommended)
Team Oriented, with an ability to communicate and take instruction from executive or sous chef
Willingness to lead and adapt to unexpected hospitality situations
Reliable transportation and/or access to public transportation
Catering experience
An understanding of hospitality and customer service experience
